Description

A cutting edge dispute resolution and expert witness consultancy with a strong delay capability and equipped to champion this area of the sector, is currently looking for Consultants for its UK team.

These opportunities would seek a talented Engineer, Project Manager, Planner or QS with a strong technical aptitude, keen interest in dispute resolution and delay analysis with the ability to analyse and problem solve.

The business is a growing UK practice, led from London but with flexibility for hybrid working. They offer full training and development for the successful candidates.

Responsibilities 

Developing as a specialist consultant on dispute resolution matters

Supporting construction and engineering expert witnesses in arbitration on delay related cases

Analysing causes of delay on disputed projects 

High level report writing  

Supporting the Directors in promoting the business through high quality work and attending events

Requirements 

Presentable and career minded, demonstrated through academics or other means

Degree qualified ideally with secondary qualifications or memberships 

At least some of your experience will need to be Site/Project based with a contractor

Your background will most likely be as a QS, Site Manager, Engineer, Project Manager or Planner

Ideally 5-10 years commercial experience of building/civil engineering projects  

Some international experience is desirable 

Second language is considered a plus

UK Visa essential
