Description

An exceptional, privately-owned property consultancy seeks a new Partner to lead its Healthcare valuations and advisory business. The current team deliver high-standard, often complex, and critical valuation advice across multiple sectors to a wide variety of clients. 

We ideally seek someone proven as a Valuer and Strategic Adviser in the Healthcare sector, who would enjoy working as part of a friendly and highly capable leadership team. The role would suit someone with high professional standards, and a passion for the healthcare property sector and real estate consultancy. Someone who feels they would enjoy working in an evolving and exciting business with a genuine people-focused culture, assisting to develop its capability further into the future.  

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Taking both a hands on and strategic leadership role as Partner of the business, overseeing Healthcare.
  • Undertaking inspections / measurements / complex valuations of residential and commercial property in the Healthcare sector
  • Client relationship management and new business development
  • Assisting with the development and management of new and existing staff.
  • Managing assignments and projects, some independently and some with colleagues

REQUIREMENTS

  • A Chartered Surveyor, a RICS Registered Valuer and ideally Degree educated or above.
  • Extensive demonstrable valuation experience in healthcare, commercial and/or residential property.
  • Someone used to working closely with blue chip clients and stakeholders on large-scale transactions.
  • Someone who has led a Valuations team. At least part of your background is likely to have been spent with a respected property consultancy.
  • Knowledge and experience of industry software.
  • A confident and articulate communicator with exceptional verbal and written English skills.
  • Numerate with strong problem-solving, analytical, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
